Harbour Brewing Company – Terms & Conditions of Sale (Wholesale)

1. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within 30 days from the date of invoice.

2. Retention of Title
All products remain the property of Harbour Brewing Company until payment is received in full.

3. Risk & Delivery
Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery. Delivery dates are estimates only; we are not liable for delays beyond our control.

4. Claims & Returns
Shortages or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Returns are only accepted by prior written agreement and may be subject to a handling fee.

5. Product Handling
Products must be stored in accordance with our guidelines. We are not liable for spoilage or loss due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of defective goods. We are not liable for consequential losses.

7. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
