Harbour Brewing Co. Competition Terms & Conditions


This competition is run by Harbour Brewing Co. 

Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

Employees of Harbour Brewing Co., their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

The competition runs from 30/11/24to 12/12/24. Entries received after this period will not be entered.

  1. How to Enter:
    • To enter, participants must:
      1. Sign up at harbourbrewing.com and opt in to receive communications.
      2. Follow Harbour Brewing Co. on Instagram and Facebook.
    • No purchase is necessary.
  2. Prize Details:
    • The prize is a tab up to the value of £400 on pizza and beer at The Beer House Charlestown, Cornwall. To be paid by Harbour Brewing. 
    • The prize can only be redeemed at Harbour Beer House in Charlestown, Cornwall.
    • The winner must redeem the prize by 28th February 2025, and it only redeemable in one sitting. Not to be carried over to another date. 
    • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
  3. Winner Selection & Announcement:
    • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
    • The winner will be announced by 13th December 2024 and contacted via email.
    • If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Harbour Brewing Co. reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  4. General Terms:
    • Harbour Brewing Co. reserves the right to disqualify entries deemed inappropriate, incomplete, or in breach of these terms.
    • By entering, participants agree to Harbour Brewing Co. using their name and any competition-related content (e.g., social media posts) for promotional purposes.
  5. Data Protection:
    • Any personal data provided will be handled in accordance with Harbour Brewing Co.'s privacy policy. 
  6. Liability:
    • Harbour Brewing Co. accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues.
    • Harbour Brewing Co. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time if necessary.
  7. Governing Law:
    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
