Do I need to register to place an order?

No, you can place a one-off order with us however if you register then we will save your address details for you. We will not store your credit card details for security reasons. By registering, you will receive exclusive offers and information via email. You will also have the option to save your address details for your next order.


Is there a size guide available for your merchandise?

In order to make sure you are getting the best quality merchandise, we source our apparel from different suppliers. We are currently working on a size guide, but if you would like any specific size info in the meantime, then please email us and ask about the design you are interested in. We will provide as much product information and advice as you need.


Can I change my order once I have placed it?

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, we are unable to change your order. If you contact us before you receive your shipping confirmation email then we will do our best to change it for you. Due to our picking and dispatch process, it's very unlikely that we will be able to fulfil your request.


How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We send out all orders recieved before 10am the same day for next day delivery. With everything going on in the world we cannot gurantee a next day delivery but will try everything we can to get it to you as quickly as possible.


How do I track my order?

We will email you tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Do I have the option of selecting next day delivery?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a guaranteed next day delivery service at the moment. 


What happens if I haven't received my order?

Allow 3-5 working days for delivery within the UK, if it still hasn't arrived, then track your order. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email. If you re still having problems then please call us on 01208832131


How do I return my order?

How will you process my refund? 

You must notify us by email if you would like to return items for a refund. Once we have received the order back in our warehouse in new condition, we will process your refund for the cost of the item. 


Will I need to sign for my order?

Yes, if you are not in to sign for your order then our courier attempt delivery one one more occasion. If you are unable to sign on the second occasion then they will leave a card with further instructions. If you have purchased beer from our webshop then you will be required to provide proof of age when you receive your order.

Can I buy on-site from Harbour Brewing Co?

Our taproom is open Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm for small orders.
