The Harbour Evolution - Our 2026 Brand Refresh

Harbour has always been about brewing good beer and getting it into the hands of the people that enjoy it. No fuss, no overcomplication, just well-made beer that fits naturally into the good parts of the day.

Over the years, Harbour has grown from Cornwall into pubs, bars and shops across the UK. Somewhere along the way, we realised the brand itself hadn’t quite kept up.

So we’ve given Harbour a refresh.

Why We Changed It

The craft beer world has changed a lot since Harbour first started.

Shelves are more crowded, competition is stronger and people are making quicker decisions about what catches their eye. While we’ve always had confidence in the beer itself, we knew the branding could work harder for us.

We wanted something with more standout. Something clearer, more recognisable and more reflective of the Harbour people know today.

We also had a challenge with the beer names.

A lot of people simply started ordering “a Harbour”, which was great in one sense, but not particularly useful when there were several different beers on tap. Our loyal drinkers knew the range inside out, but for newer customers it could all become a bit confusing. We wanted to make the beers easier to recognise, easier to order and easier to shop, whether that’s in a pub, a shop or online.

Standout was another big part too

With more choice than ever across craft beer shelves and bars, we wanted the range to feel more distinctive and instantly recognisable. The updated packaging, colours and design system give Harbour a stronger presence across cans, kegs and tap badges, while making the beers easier to navigate as a range.

Most importantly though, we wanted the branding to better reflect the feeling behind the brewery.

Harbour has never been about taking itself too seriously. We’re not interested in overcomplicating things or chasing trends for the sake of it. At its best, Harbour is about good beer, good people and making the most of the good moments.

Pints in pub gardens. Cans on the beach. Sunny afternoons that turn into late evenings.

That’s the side of Harbour we wanted the new branding to capture.

What’s Actually Changed

The refresh touches pretty much everything across the brewery.

New logos, updated colours, clearer beer naming, refreshed packaging and a more consistent look across the entire range. Every beer now has more individuality while still feeling part of the same Harbour family.

One of the biggest changes is that the entire Harbour range is now both gluten free and vegan.

That means every core beer can be enjoyed by more people, without compromising on flavour, balance or drinkability. It’s something we’ve been working on carefully behind the scenes and an important step forward for the brewery.

What Hasn’t Changed

The important stuff.

The beer itself is still the same Harbour people know and love. Quality, balance and drinkability still sits at the centre of everything we brew. The beers people come to Harbour for haven’t changed, and neither has our approach to making them.

This refresh was never about reinventing Harbour.

It was about creating a brand that better reflects where we are today, while staying true to what people have always come to us for.

Brewed to Bring the Sunshine

A new chapter for the brewery, built around the same idea that’s always been there from the start. Good beer, good people and making the most of the good moments.

The future’s looking sunny.

Team Harbour.
