If there was one way to introduce the new Harbour, this was it.
Bristol Craft Beer Festival was our first chance to take the rebrand on the road, and what a place to do it. Surrounded by some of the UK's best craft beer breweries, we launched our brand-new Double IPA (DIPA), sold out of Peach Lager, and spent two brilliant days chatting beer with thousands of festival-goers.
One of the best things about any beer festival is the people. We caught up with breweries big and small, met plenty of Harbour fans (old and new), and loved hearing what everyone thought of our fresh new look.
Our DIPA definitely turned a few heads. At 8% ABV, plenty of people gave it the classic, "Maybe later..." as they sized up the rest of the festival. Thankfully, later came around, and the feedback was incredible, with loads of people coming back to tell us how much they loved it.
And then there was Peach Lager.
We knew it was made for sunny weekends, but we didn't expect quite the huge response we got in Bristol. Glass after glass flew across the bar until, before we knew it, we'd completely sold out.
A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the Harbour stand, grabbed a drink or simply came over to say hello. Our first Bristol Craft Beer Festival was everything we'd hoped for, and we can't wait to do it all again next year.
