Collaboration beer which marries the house cultures of Yonder Brewing and the native microflora of our brewery here in Cornwall captured using our mobile coolship.
This wild Ale is fermented in a terrocota amphora which adds a slight spice and minerality, aged with a mixed culture of Brett.

Finish - Slight funk & spice
