First Collab/Brewery update

Posted By Harbour Brewing

It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster setting up the new mixed fermentation brewery down here in Cornwall, physically and emotionally, but we are now brewing. Although this sounds great we all need to be patient. James has brewed lots of beer but the magic happens with time. Time to ferment, time to age, time to take on flavour and time to mature.

One of our first brews on the new kit was a collaboration brew with top bloke, Stu, from Magic Rock. He took the opportunity to camp on site, feed the pigs and see some more of Cornwall.

James & Stu decided early on that they were going to brew something herby & fermented in the new oak vat. Being on a farm and surrounded by the herbs James planted back in March they decided a Herby Saison was in order….. One aged in the open top oak vat.

After a couple of beers and a BBQ they got to work and the rest is history…. Well it’s out of the Oak vat this morning and into the FV. We had a taste and its tasting great.

We’ll be pouring this beer at BeaverEX18, Bristol Craft Beer Festival and Indy Man Beer Con.

Tickets available for all of them at time of writing this.

More release details to follow.
